Travel Australia in a Tent

So last night I set up a go fund me account, to fund my idea of traveling Australia and offering a free yoga class and an open invitation to come share my morning practice with me. We aim to travel to rural and remote regions which otherwise not experience yoga, and spread love everywhere.

Also my partner is studying fitness & personal training, once he has finish his certificates we will be running boot camps and fitness session in all the towns we travel to & you children will be welcome. There will be 1 free yoga class a week and 1 free boot camp session each week and the opportunity to come practice with me in the mornings, this is of no cost either as we are just sharing yoga together as students of the divine.

My new favourite leggings

So bird feathers have been a thing with me lately, so I have designed some peacock feather yoga leggings to flow with my desires

Our garden

Spent the morning re-designing our backyard to accomodate a huge food garden, I already have spring onions growing, silverbeet, parsley, mint, lavender, nasturtiums and a strawberry plant.

I took pictures of the nasturtium leaves 

And designed a pair of yoga leggings for paradoxyoga.

After lunch I have to find a planting chart to download and laminate to follow for best times to plant different vegetables.

Below is one of the hibiscus flowers I took pictures of at my nana's house, hibiscus is great to use in tea to lower blood pressure.

Wrath of the lich king leggings

Ok so even though I am not playing wow anymore and after 5 years of yoga I enrolled in my teacher training, I would still sport a pair of these lich king leggings, just because I love blue.
