Spent the morning re-designing our backyard to accomodate a huge food garden, I already have spring onions growing, silverbeet, parsley, mint, lavender, nasturtiums and a strawberry plant.
I took pictures of the nasturtium leaves
And designed a pair of yoga leggings for paradoxyoga.
After lunch I have to find a planting chart to download and laminate to follow for best times to plant different vegetables.
Below is one of the hibiscus flowers I took pictures of at my nana's house, hibiscus is great to use in tea to lower blood pressure.
